Service Includes:
- Full venue reservation (minimum 3 hours)
- Custom tasting menu (6–12 courses)

- Private dinners from $150+ per person, minimum 10 guests
DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS
- We serve a fixed multi-course tasting menu. Because of its complexity, we may not be able to meet every dietary request.
- Advance notice required for preferences such as vegetarian or pescatarian; multiple simultaneous restrictions may be infeasible.
- Ingredients we cannot fully omit:
- Soy and soy products (soy sauce contains trace wheat)
- Gelatin, sugar, salt, vinegar
- Cooked alcohol (raw alcohol can be excluded)
- Alliums, seaweed, mushrooms (stocks/sauces may still contain traces)
- Modified starches (corn, potato, water-chestnut)
- Small amounts of chili, peanuts, cilantro
- Severe allergies or multiple restrictions: email us well in advance so we can assess feasibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- We respectfully request that cancellations be made no less than 72 hours prior to your reservation to ensure a full refund. Regrettably, alterations, rescheduling, or refunds cannot be accommodated within this 72-hour period.
ARRIVAL POLICY
- To best serve all guests, we graciously hold your table for up to 20 minutes past your scheduled time. Beyond this grace period, we may need to release your reservation.
- Kindly inform us in advance should you anticipate any delay.
